Reservations were made weeks ago for a conference, but after a 13 hour drive my husband, grandson and I get to check-in to be told they don't have any rooms. It was acknowledged that I had a reservation but there were no rooms. I was told we would be shuttled to the Renaissance Hotel and they would cover the room and I would be comped $30 for the inconvenience. my stay at the HardRock was wonderful everyone was polite the service was amazing and very accommodating. I usually go to the Wyndham being that it's more accommodating for kids but this stay at Hard Rock This Time first time definitely changed it for me I will actually be going back for my friend's birthday instead of Wyndham the food was amazing as well overall I love the whole experience.

I've been here for the OK State DAV Convention 3 years in a row and love it. This place is great to our group and we are very thankful to all the employees here for what they do for us. Last night I mistakenly left my phone at one of the gaming machines and the man who found it didn't turn it in, but graciously turned it over to me when the security guard helped me find him and my phone. Thank you both and thank you to my Heavenly Father.

Great time so far this week for our conference and training
Negative racist employees at the hotel! Black people can't rent a room for a party without staff standing by our room doors like we we're going to smoke drugs in the room! We was having a party on the 7th floor with kids and we was harassed, stereotyped and treated poorly by the staff! The casino and club was awesome! The Staff was terrible and disrespectful!
