Hotel was fine, bed was super hard!!! Lots of pillows so that helped, beautiful pool and several restaurants to choose from. Chubby blonde chick that checked me in was EXTREMELY rude! Asked to talk to a manager and the issue was immediately taken care of. Over all a nice stay. Make sure to ask for a room opposite the adult pool, it's beautiful however if your on the second floor the music goes on till way after midnight and is super loud!
Buffet is good but the prices are kind of high for children! I think they should charge by the child's age instead of a set child price. My six year old was charged $17.95 last night and all she ate was fruit. I also don't agree with me having to pay $15 for a pool wristband when I wasn't even swimming.

I was there for jus one night to celebrate my husband for Father's Day, the room was big and very clean, it had everything we needed and more, my husband said it was one of the best places he had stayed and he love playing at the casino, we will definitely go back.

My husband and I love Hard Rock! We just spent our Anniversary there Sat the 24th! Love the new pool! The only thing is last year we got a few comp rooms during Christmas but could not go because my husband was doing Chemo treatments! However we haven't received one this year! He is doing alot better! We have free tickets to the Tribute bands but no comp rooms! Would love one for the Eagles tribute band August 25th!

Love the Hard Rock! We visit a couple times a month. Yesterday my aunt had to deal with security about someone taking her ticket. They were super nice and was very respectful in the matter, given she has dementia. I can't express our gratitude enough in the way protocal was executed.
