The hotel side I would give 4 stars, the spa side I would give 2.5 stars. The room was fantastic, the casino was great but the spa was a disappointment . My wife and I got a couples massage that just all around sucked. The ammenaties were nice but the actual massage was really bad. My wife and I left the spa very disappointed. I will not return to the spa. We will visit the casino/ hotel again, just not the spa.

First time at the hotel and it was great, bed comfy and the room clean! We had a great time downstairs as well! A little pricey on the room which is why we haven’t stayed there before. But overall exactly what we needed!

The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because I NEVER WIN anything. I'm just unlucky I guess. But, I really love the Hard Rock and always have a good, expensive time.

My fiancée and I booked a suite at the Hard Rock for our Valentines Day staycation. Check-In was okay, I thought the lady could have been a bit more friendly. Then, we get to our room and my fiancée had setup a surprise with rose petals and tiny tea lights. He was a bit disappointed because they were supposed to have rose petals leading from the door to the bed and they were only on the bed. No big deal, it still looked pretty.
