My daughter and I came in town to see Alanis Morissette. We parked in the parking garage which was on the other side of the casino from The Joint, where we needed to be. We asked for directions as soon as we came in the door and instead of just telling us how to get there, a wonderful security guard escorted us nearly all the way to our destination. My wife has been in a wheelchair for two concerts at the joint... Hard Rock has always had great accommodations for her and the staff has always been there to help her..Two thumbs up to the Hard Rock staff at the joint!! Thank you!!

#HardRockCasino I wouldn't go to the concerts. Not if it's anything like the last 2 shows we've been to (Alanis Morissette was one of them). You can't hear ANYTHING because groups in the audience are talking OVER the artists singing. Security just stands there. Time before last the security person was standing 5 ft away from the screaming, laughing, and cackling jackwagons that ruined the show for us and everyone around us (we, and others around us, finally just left). Went to see alanis morissette and the crowd was so incredibly rude. Everyone was just there to get trashed. Alanis was amazing but the crowd ruined it for me. I won’t be back for a concert ever again

Stayed 2 nights and was upgraded to a suite! And we also got comped 2 tics for Alanis Morissette! Plus won alot of money! Very nice experience ��

Arrived on a Tuesday, lots of parking and a whole staff working the check in desk. Check in was fast, friendly and easy. Yummy cookies too! Alanis Morisette played the Joint and everything was perfect! The Pretzel we purchased was dry and they waste bottle water by transferring to a plastic cup. (No big deal) After the concert we played slots and My Husband and sister in law played black jack. Dealers were helpful and professional. We ate at the Food court around midnight.
