The dealers at the black jack tables were great along with the valets. The slots have tightened up so much it’s almost stupid to play them

We spent 2 days there and never had to leave the hotel. The staff was great, the casino crew was wonderful. Our car was waiting from the valet when we were ready to leave. Overall great experience.

My husband and I enjoy time at the Hard Rock. Everybody there does such a good job. Kim, our casino host, is amazing. And the spa has been such a nice addition to the resort. The staff there is so professional and John is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had! We always look forward to our time there.
