The waitress stole our money, and the casino lied and covered for her. We never got our money back. Not only are we NEVER going to this Hard Rock, we're NEVER going to another HARD ROCK in any state again. They steal and lie straight to your face and make you feel like you're wrong. WORST CASINO EVER

I don’t gamble so I can’t review the gambling aspect of the casino, but I do go to a lot of concerts there. It is a great venue to watch live music and they get a tremendous amount of talent coming through. Terrific, intimate hall where there isn’t a bad seat. A plus is the ease of getting in and out of the parking areas.

EVERYONE absolutely needs to get a massage at the spa! It was very peaceful, relaxing, and most definitely therapeutic. The entire staff was attentive and friendly. Everything was very clean and calming. Jennifer, Jessica, and Jamie are wonderful. The experience was 100% the best I've ever had.

Don't go through the valet I've been waiting over 30 mins still 3 cars ahead of me, talked to a guy in a suit asked him to move the car he pulled up in so I could Just go park and he wouldn't this is ridiculous! Never again will I ever use valet parking I always tip 20$ y'all should be ashamed of yourself
