I have been coming here for years sinc before it was Hard Rock! I have been a multi platinum pkayer now back to platinum, ( the point levels are ridiculous ). I was never contacted by my host assigned to me, was told it was Kim, left several messages but no response ever! The quality has went downhill in my opinion the past couple of years! I have had wonderful experiences at Cherokee Ramona, the staff there are amazing! I have been offered much better rewards at another major casino in Tulsa! Nice to be appreciated!

It was nice . But there was no indoor pool. It was very clean. Nice workers. We went to Criss Angels show and it was really good but the staff was so so .

Great place to play I love going here!!!!! If you wanna have a great time I would highly recommend the hardrock they had an awesome band and their drinks are the best!
Great Time! But they don’t offer any free drinks or food! You lose your money they give you soda. In KC you get alcohol and food free! Overall good experience

We weren't planning on staying the night in the area, but needed a room at the last minute. I have always wanted to stay here and we are very happy with our decision to try Hard Rock Hotel. The beds are the most comfortable we've ever had, milk and warm cookies delicious and breakfast buffet awesome. We'll be returning

We spent one night in a suite. It was beautiful and clean!! But the bed was hard AF!!! Other than that wonder stay. Staff was nice.

I was very disappointed in the way The Well Hungarians were treated there last night. I drove from Texas to see them last night and they were amazing but the venue they were given and the interruptions were very disappointing!!!
