I had my wedding here and it was amazing! The only complaint I have is that I paid for them to cut my cake and then no one was anywhere to be found when we where ready to have it cut. Otherwise it was great!

We like the Hard Rock for the energy that is missing at most other casinos. Live music makes playing at the HR all the better. I wish that HR would improve indoor air quality; the smoke can be overwhelming. The one impressive thing about HR is that we are always warmly greeted by all of the staff. The hotel accommodations are very nice; AAA Awards are not easy to come by. The pool and bar is great! We always look forward to visiting HR when we are in Tulsa.

Phenomenal service. Everyone we came into contact with was great! Beds were ok, a little hard and squeaky when you rolled over in them. Doug Stone concert was fabulous! I’d go back.

We stayed there for the Journey / Def Leppard Concert! The Hard Rock was Awesome and we won on the Slots and actually came home with more $$$ then we came with! A class act! Only issue was a very expensive dinner buffet that just wasn’t up to par as far as food quality when compared to the rest of our experience there. Will still give 5 stars.

So many times people are quick to write a bad review of something but seldom do they take the time to write a good review. I live 3 hours away from Tulsa and just a Gold Card holder. I have been coming to Hard Rock for about 5 years now and have never experienced anything negative. I have been to many casinos, mostly in Oklahoma and Hard Rock is one of the cleanest and friendliest casino in this state. My husband and I went to the Donny and Marie concert. Great show � There was very little help finding seats, mainly employees pointing in the direction with vague instructions. Lots of people were confused about sections, rows, etc. The seats were cushy & comfortable once you found them and there were convenient cup holders. We went to the buffet b4 the show, it was ok. I forgot that people can still smoke in casinos, my bad. I felt like my food tasted like smoke�The staff was friendly and besides tasting like smoke the food... read more

I took my mom to see Donny and Marie we had floor seats. But no chairs. About 5 rows where missing seats and one row was missing chairs in the middle of the row...numbers and counting is not that hard. Anyway the person showing people to seats was no help and it took two managers and two security people to even figure out how to put chairs in the right spot. If you sold the seat it should be there.
