The employees were extremely friendly. The casino floor restrooms were clean except during peak hours. The room was very nice. I’ve been playing blackjack for years and just found it a bit strange on how many face cards were in the deck and not to mention they never changed out the cards all the hours I played. I could be wrong, but this did seem a bit strange. I would visit again, but I’d stick to Poker if you wanted to play a card game. Overall, a very good experience.

All the way from Georgia!! It was my first time at the Hard Rock actually being able to gamble after turning 21. So I got a 10$ card for my first time and the dude at the desk was awesome he was so funny and very friendly. That dude deserves a raise cause we couldn’t stop laughing � (we weren’t drinking yet) lol awesome dude. Side note: the only issue was my brother showed his Cherokee ID for a beer and the waitress said we only accept state ID which is super strange because it’s a federally recognized ID and has his name ag... read more
