Honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a casino. The machines were extremely tight. So much so that I could hear the music on speakers like they were the only thing turned on. I needed one of the machines serviced and when I ask a waitress if she could help me she said just push the call button. I informed her that it wasn’t working either to which she said just use the one next to it. After hitting the call button on another machine it was 15mins. We absolutely love this place! Best place to go for a show. Free valet, great food at a great price, and the Joint is one of the best places to see a show. Stayed here numerous times and we’ve never had a problem. If you get out of hand, they will not put up with it. So be chill and don’t be a jerk. Most of the time we don’t even gamble. Park and never have to leave the building!
