Went to the center bar, tried to order 2 person drink but friend forgot their ID, so I waited for one of the waitresses to bring drink I ordered for myself, when all of a sudden manager had security come to walk us out...we did nothing wrong that I am aware of. In the case of the ID, they should go around asking everyone to show ID, i bet there are lots of people gambling with no ID, bunch of BS if you ask me

My husband and I frequent the casino to gamble so when we decided to get a room with our 3 children we felt it would be an enjoyable experience. I was sadly mistaken. 2 days in a row we were harrassed by security. The were rude, abrasive and need to be trained on how to treat people. The incidents scared the crap out of our kids! I am furious about the incident and this hotel stay was a nightmare!!! The hotel manager was very helpful and tried to make things right. I never get to sleep in. I work 6 or 7 days a week. We splurged and got a room. Thanks to Hard Rock for the 7 am alarm, I didn't get to sleep in again.

Hotel cleanliness could be better. Service was okay. Amenities and extras were subpar in comparison to other casinos. Room size was rather small for the price of the room.
The wife and I were there to watch HOWIE MANDEL and the people were rude and there was so much smoke in the air we could barely breathe and the worst seats I ever got and I ask for good one the couple that was standing next us did the same and the girl gave them second row and we ended up at the top of 204 we won’t be back
