Loved it! Great parties and comps! Lots of slots to choose from and good band ar bar
I was there an hour playing then I started looking for a waitress nt 1 in site so I got up started walking looking for one still nt one in site finally bumped into one ask for a cocktail 🍹 she said I had to b sitting down to get one I said hell I been sitting for n hour walking around for 15min iam nt putting another dam dime in the machine just to get a cocktail So I left n went to the IP poor customer service n need more dam cocktail waitress I want be going back n the buffet sucks😡
Usually is ok but right now I have a mouse in my room in the platinum tower!! Called front desk and the girl was rude and didn’t seem to care! Smh
Staff is super nice and friendly.. But the hotel REAKS of cig smoke EVERYWHERE.. they tried treating our room smelled great till the AC kicked back in. Was like. someone was smoking in our room non stop while we were here.... We went to another casino close by and they had lots of non smoking areas but even in the smoking ones it wasn't bad at all.. The game selection is slim compared to other casinos.. So I would not stay here again honestly..
RecommendedThe Hard Rock Casino and Hotel is a very nice hotel the casino is very very nice the swimming pool area is phenomenal. The buffet is always great fresh food. The room's always very clean very big and very nice and if you have the Gulf View it's a very beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. I live in Baton Rouge and it's about A2 hour and 20-minute Drive rich I do quite often I love going to Biloxi there's a lot of nice things to see and do and the people are very friendly in the area..
first time staying here. nice room, bed was to die for, has fun on the slots. band was good, oyster restaurant has a filet to die for although portion size was on the small size. we usually stay at the beau but for 1/2 the cost, the hard rock is a great value. we will not hesitate to stay here again.
Enjoyed the stay. Room was nice and loved all of the memorabilia.
Hard Rock Cafe was unbelievably good. The bruschetta was the best I have ever had ... the waitress actually sat down and chatted with us during her break ... it was great
Our 2nd night of staying there we could not get into our room the safety latch was latched from the inside (how does that happen?) After maintenance finally busted the latch the beds were not made up, but all beds were stripped and bedding was placed on the counter top. We got a different room and the commode in new room did not flush properly, by this time I have given up and want out. I come here from California annually, I really don't know about next year due to your slot machines being so tight also. I'm going home tomo... read more
