Amazing!!!! Just rock solid!!! This place is designed to make you feel like a rockstar
music hall has the best sound of anywhere i've ever been for a concert. hard rock needs to get more rock shows. they've been dwindling in recent years.
Casnio isn't real big. Had a hole in our bottom sheet??? Carpet could use a good shampooing, bottom of socks very dirty after walking on carpet. Staff is friendly. It was our first time at Hard Rock, probably won't go back, might try IP casnio.
My first time staying there and I had the best time . Sleep like a baby . I usually wake up 3 time a night , I only got up once . Looking forward to go back soon .

There market place suck ...they send you gift and free play then tell you you didn't spend eough of your money to get it ....I'm checking out in the morning and I never will be back... you don't send people gifts then tell them around everyone that they can't have because you didn't play enough of your money... if I want it that bad I will go buy it so take your gift and free play and stick it we're it don't shine because I want be back...buy buy for ever Also they cut your card off and lock your pin I don't think I will pla... read more
Doesn't hold up the Hard Rock brand! I've been to Hard Rocks all the way in Cancun! We got there and started on the craps table and the waitress asks for our drink requests. She never brought them back as we watched her serve all night long to only return as we were getting ready to leave.
Had an awesome time! Room was great, rain shower for two ......
