I liked the outfits the girls serving wore..� The boots were nice..And the variety of beautiful women strolling around was easy on my aging eyes..Oh yea..if your short...Forget going to the self serve drink stations...U wont reach..lol.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely nice with modern touches. Unfortunately the ability to control the cigarette smoke in the casino and other common areas within the hotel is lacking at best. It's too bad that they don't have a better filtering system to control it. I went to the Beau instead to do my gambling.
Didn't stay at the hotel. Went for a concert. They were comp tickets (Just another word for you lost enough money) . There was no seating on the floor for the show. When I went to the desk and explained to the young lady that I had injured my knee and couldn't stand her reply was sorry we have no tickets to let you exchange for seats. Flipped her hair and walked away. Not helpful at all. The only reason for the three is Cafe 24/7. Really great food and very great service. TOTO was excellent. Great performance and. And interacted W/ audience in a fun way.
I liked our room except I don't like the set up of the bathroom, it lacked privacy. It would have been okay for a couple, but having another person with you wasn't ideal. I, also, think the price was a little high for the room especially the Saturday charge. I know it was weekend, but I don't think the room warranted that price. We did enjoy the room service for breakfast, and that charge was reasonable. The beds were very comfortable. We still enjoyed our stay there.
My girlfriends and i always have a blast.....but the bartender at Hard Rock Live could use a bit of a "loosen up" class.....i mean you are working at a tourist destination, pull the cork out your ass!!!�

Great casino, clean hotel, fabulous pool! We will definitely return as soon as we can.
My Mother and I made this place a 2 day get away and we absolutely enjoyed it. Our room was nice with a great view, all employees we encountered were very nice, and the best part is that we never had to get in the car while we were there. We had plans to ride down to the beach while we were there, but the weather changed that. We are "go with the flow" type of people anyway and with that said, we absolutely loved the fact that great music was playing EVERYWHERE!
