We have stayed at several of the Casino hotels in the area. Have never once been disappointed with a thing at Hard Rock. The rooms are fantastic, and was once upgraded to a top floor suite in the Platinum tower due to not enough rooms. They have never hesitated to fix any issue, and have gone above and beyond every single time. Won't stay anywhere else in Biloxi unless we have to.
Well the rooms where nice & comfy! View from our room nice! Food in restaurants good but way over priced! Buffet at lunch wasn't all that... but the pizza at Pie5 was the bomb. Customer service was groovy
Went to our first Hard Rock concert, 38 Special! Had such an amazing time as always!
38 Special put on an awesome show. Would definitely recommend seeing them perform
The pool was amazing! Had a lot of fun hanging out and swimming! However, there were parents not watching their children and I was hit with a ball in the head so that ruined my relaxing mood. The drinks were expensive and only a little bit of alcohol. The buffet was really good! Only big downside was the WHOLE hotel smelt like smoke :-(
THE HOTEL IS GREAT, ONLY WISH THEY HAD REFRIGERATORS IN THE ROOM. HOWEVER, THE CASINO ISN'T SO GREAT. PLEASE CONTACT ME, IF YOU PLAY IN THE BLACKJACK TOURNAMENTS.
I have met some very nice people. They are so friendly. Of course I seem to be there a few times a month, going to concerts and events. My grandkids love going to especially in the summer pool is perfect for them.
The staff were kind but the gambling sucked,machines wound so tight you can't afford to play, I am not one to feed all my bill money and take the chance so I'm sure not to gamble here again
Friendly staff, very courteous and helpful. Lots of places to eat and children are able to join you which is a big plus for families. The few shops they have are reasonably priced and stocked. The memorabilia is awesome to look at and of course, a wide variety of games for the adults!
