Very small portions of food for the price....Drinks over priced....will never go back.
Very disappointed - I have being a customer of the hard rock franchise since early 2000’s, the quality of the food and the service is the worst I ever seen. Portions of fajitas are ridiculously small for a 19 dlls entree, the aguacate was clearly from several days ago by its dark color. This one star is for the nice hostess. I had a horrible visit! I get it, it was a busy night. But asking for service after waiting 15 minutes at our table was bad. After getting our drinks, our server never came by for refills. I again asked for service because we waited another 15 to 20 minutes to put in our order. Long story short, we left as soon as our food finally came to our table. It took way too long for money spent and a tip for a waiter who only came to our table once during our visit. Everyone has a bad day every now and then... However, I’ve found the service good, the staff friendly, and the food great each and every time I’ve visited (and that’s a lot)!
Bruschetta there is delicious!!!! Fabulous service by our waitress Danielle and one of the managers I believe, Jeff. Totally took care of us before AND after the Evanscence concert!
HRC has decided to discontinue Pinktober Guitar pins, and apparently does not support breast cancer awareness any longer. So, I will no longer step foot into another Hard Rock Cafe. I hope everyone will do the same.
I had alot of fun with Tes Starz and Dawn Martinez
I entered the cafe and was greeted by staff. Staff from the greeter, Rock Shop, bartender and GM was all very friendly. Drinks were excellent and pulled pork sandwich was outstanding delicious! Plenty of food, desert was excellent and alcohol beverages were great. People complain about pricing but really it's not that different than other restaurant chains that fall in this category. Always love to come too Hard Rock. Welcoming staff, lots of cool stuff on the walls, great music. Althoo they had a limitid menu after the storm and all, they still pulled it of and made som finger lickin good food. :)
