The club sandwich that was ordered was very dry, so we ordered a bar b q bacon cheeseburger. However, what was brought to us was a burger with bacon on the side and no bar b q sauce to be seen neither on the burger or the plate. When asked if they could take it back and bring a bar b q burger, they brought us the same thing. We tried to inform the manager of the mess ups, and he had an attitude and kept rolling his eyes, and sighing at us. Needless to say, the customer service was completely awful. The bartender that broke his wrist, did an exceptional job at tending and taking care of the food orders. He was by far the best staff I’ve noticed at a hard rock, not that all staff always exceeds my expectations but he was really good. Very attentive and great personality. Thank you for a great lunch.

We started in the rock shop, and she was the brightest star in the room! Felt like a conversation with a friend, not a sales transaction. Her and the manager both made me excited to be there. Then we went and ate, and that service standard continued. It was kinda slow so the server, Miri, chatted with us. Really really great experience.. literally was the only thing I liked about Houston
