We ate there Saturday early evening for my son's birthday. It's a tradition. He had the BBQ Bacon Burger, I had SW Spring Rolls & my other son had the ribs. He couldn't finish them so he shared a few. They literally melt in your mouth & were the most tender I've ever eaten in my life! The brownie Sundae dessert is enough for at least 3 people. Just walked in, staff at front was so rude and clearly hated their job. Horrible! Walked right back out. The three people at the front should be fired!
Lots of neat stuff on the menu, my favorite is the Norwegian Salmon with broccoli and mashed potatoes. Lots of neat stuff to see.....we sat at the Eric Clapton table last night. Cool merchandise and the Service is friendly!
I know very well Hrc’s menu and usually order a fabulous hickory smoked rib. This time in Houston I tried the original legendary burger and it was excellent. Waiters were awesome and very kind to our grandchild who could order a kids menu. I liked the restaurant in perfect Texan or western style Keeping the rock soul of Every HRC. When I visit a new town I go and have good time at Hard Rock cafe including shopping!
This was my first time at this location. The appetizer was not what i expected it to be they even brought us wrong plates to our table. The ONLY thing I liked was my burger and fries we even had the manager walk by our table a few times and NOT ONCE did he say hi or ask us how we were doing.

Best burgers we’ve ever had! I had the Atomic and my boyfriend had the Original Legendary burger. Highly recommend! The flavor was amazing, cooked with the right amount of char and tender inside. Perfect!
Food was good but the service was very slow I didn’t even get a refill on my drink.
