Slightly overrated, and overpriced. Tons of empty tables and booths, yet had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. Food was decent but overpriced. Wait staff was very nice, just unorganized.

Love Hard Rock! Food has always been good and service has been excellent.
It met the HRC standards. We were immediately greeted at the door and seated. Our waiter talked the right amount without being annoying. Food was very good and good unique selection of items in the store. Only bad thing is finding parking downtown.
At first, when we got there we had to ask the bartender, “Do we just seat ourselves?” Because no one was around to seat us. The food was good but a bit pricey.... I think I’d still go back though..... some day.
Awesome hamburgers (by the bun is ridiculously small). Great service, and food was delicious. Would-be green 5 stars, but for the stupidly small buns - made eating the hamburger a mess.
Must say I'm not a fan of coming into a restaurant with my family and the first thing they say is... "It's an hour wait, you still want to wait"!! Not to mention 4 tables visible with no one at them. Guess they didn't want our business.
Great food and service , place had quite few parents with the small kids with PeppA Pig outfits . All wait staff were smiling . Nice place next to revention centers
My wife collects the pins so we try to visit as many as possible. First impressions were it's smaller than most HRC's but has memorabilia on every wall space. The multiple menus were a little annoying, ordered a drink but didn't like it and saw on a seasonal drink menu I had initially overlooked 2 drinks that I most definitely would have picked before the one already in front of me.
