While the server was really nice, every request took 20 minutes to complete. Spent nearly 2 hours and most of it was waiting for our server to show back up. Asked for a refill of water, the manager said he'd be back with a pitcher, never saw the man again. There was a lot of staff there too. The food was decent, not great, but the service was so bad I'll never go back.

Loudest band ever. So loud they cleared out the restaurant. Even chased away the pirate drinking at the bar. Customers had napkins in their ears it was so loud. Music wasn't band it was the Volume. What a way to clear out a restaurant.
Love the atmosphere...the staff are amazing, drink choices rock and the best collection of artifacts in the world...love HRC

Visiting from the uk 🇬🇧 we came to the Hard Rock Cafe Houston and had a really enjoyable experience server lovely food fabulous and with a table of 5 nothing was too much trouble would definitely recommend Well done Hard Rock Cafe Houston YOU ROCK

I can't think of anything that stood out in a good way... everything is just ok. Nothing to go back for
I am a Hard Rock Rewards member and this was my first time at this Hard Rock and was extremely disappointed. There was only a few people in the Cafe when we got there and although our server was nice and really trying. We waited over 40 min to get our drinks from the bar, the appetizers we ordered were lukewarm and then waited At Least an hour and a half to get all of our food!?!
