We had just arrived in LA and our Hotel room wasn't ready so we headed to Hollywood Boulevard for a look. Decided on lunch at Hard Rock. Absolutely brillant service. Seated quickly and the food was great. Felt right at home. Will be back before we head home to Australia. Well done Hard Rock Hollywood. Cheers Scott, Aimee and Tara.
Slow service and not tasty food.
We're from The Netherlands. We have been here a few times and every time the food is good. And thanks for the fantastic service SAM! And thanks for signing my moms pink cast for her broken ankle 😜
Food was great, we were seated quickly, and our server, Miles, was absolutely fantastic! If I'm ever in the area again I'll be back.
The service was slow. We had to wait 25 mins for a table. Understandable when it is busy. We were seated and there were plenty tables to spare. We then had to wait another 15 mins for our server Brandy to come and take our drinks order. Drinks were so in coming to the table. Yeah drinks order was wrong and when the food arrived we were still waiting on drinks. The food was slow but was good. I was teasing that my steak better look like the picture in the menu. Well, it did and it tasted so good. We enjoyed our dinner immensely! Food was great, the service was even better. I definitely recommend this place.
Once we got seated it took over 15 mins for a waitress to come get drink orders. However they did accommodate some food issues I had which was nice. The drinks we ordered were a little light. Could barley taste any vodka in of them so we didn't order another round. However the staff was friendly and music was great. We would try it again
