Went to the HardRock on the last night of my California trip and had the Guinness Bacon Burger .. it was to die for! The atmosphere was extremely cool; I loved admiring all the pictures, articles of clothes , and memorabilia from past and present artist. I highly recommend this place if you haven’t already done so.
Food was very good. Service was good. Very over priced though. Plan on spending a good amount for lunch.

My partner and I are visiting from London. We just had the worst customer service experience in a Hard Rock Cafe Shop ever and we have been to many around the world. We were served by Haylie who looked absolutely miserable and couldn’t be bothered to help us with questions about the merchandise. To top it all off, when we had purchased a Hard Rock shirt from her, she just chucked the shopping bag at my partner and looked away. Pilot location so there are drinks, food, and gift shop items i havnt seen at other locations. Notable in the collection: Jim Morrisons leather pants, Jimi Hendrix purple hat, and lots of west coast rappers memorabilia. A large location, but didnt make good use of the space for the collection. And i know this is Hollywood, but most of the waiters and bartenders have NO time to chat man, just an 'eat it, clear it, and gtf out' attitude.
