only 5-6 people in the restaurant eating and the food took over an hour to come out. the waitress took 25 mins just to bring our check after she walked past us to go chat with her friends. food was dry. cold, and tasted weird. this is not what I would have expected for what we paid.

I love the Hard Rock Cafe’s and this one did not disappoint. Had a great meal (fajitas) and the service was very good.

awesome food was tat hard rock cafe hollywood in 2016 great service, atmosphere is great, hope to go back again some day.

Lovely place and location, good service. However I would recommend that staff don’t highlight the element of the gratuity on the receipt as a British citizen it’s not ‘custom’ for brits to tip in any way unless we really do think service is outstanding. As tourists to the area it wouldn’t be something we would do. I think that should be taken into account and highlighting the gratuity should not be mentioned as it made us feel very uncomfortable in Hard Rock when we visit these all over the world, where I might add, gratuity... read more

I just ordered cauliflower wings, took a bite and they were actually chicken, the waitress told me “shit happens”. Worst customer service ever. Hard Rock use to have a good name.... manager.... Watch for a more extensive review on Trip Advisor
