The food was great. I loved my Guinness burger. But the servers was horrible. I sat in the bar area it was no wait so I thought why not. No refill, no napkins, had to walk to the bar to get there Attention to get the check . The worst service i ever received. Very bad first impression of the hard rock cafe.
The service was slow we order the drinks and food and got everything at once it wasn’t busy at all it was a Thursday night the food was whatever and I got the wrong food we order it took so long we just decided not to change it just told the waiter to take it out of the bill then getting the check took forever as well they did have a live band so that was cool a little too loud but good tunes shout out to them they were rocking out.
Don’t get me wrong it was great but sometimes the staff are so over enthusiastic it is sickly and seems all an act (well it is in Hollywood).

Really enjoyed my first hard rock experience here!! Our waitress sady was so lovely!!! Food was really nice and reasonable pricing!!

Desde mis 8 años de edad me enamore del concepto cuando conocí el de Cancun. Tuve muy buena experiencia. No había visitado el de Hollywood desde hace 19 años. Hoy a mis 34 sigo siendo fiel a la marca. Saludos
