The only good issues were the price (too high for what it was), and our veggies weren't cooked enough.server was great....mgt. came by to greet. Miss had a blast
Took my family visiting here from the UK. We had to complain SO many times that eventually our meal was free. Imcluding slow service, frozen food coming out, asking a dozen times for a high chair before eventually locating one ourselves, forgetting to bring part of the food order, forgetting menus we'd asked for, and drinks, forgetting what desserts were ordered, and we were there for over 2.5 hours! Amazing, Mimmi det waitress was absoletely epic. Best service ever. Mango Tango great drink, NYS-steak real tasty. Great atmosphere.

The service was great to my family and i. All is good.
We had a wonderful experience at the Hard Rock Cafe! Our server Roxanne was terrific...she attended to our needs without hovering and made us feel as if we were her only table. The appetizer food portions were wonderful and we loved just relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. We will definitely return when back in LA!
