We had great service! Even the manager checked in with us. Nachos were awesome and the garlic parmesan fries with garlic aioli were sooooo good!

Service was great, manager came to personally say hi but food was abysmal. My sisters veggie burger was served frozen and my chicken burger was luke warm. Both were re-ordered and mine came back half the size and still not hot. They didn't charge for either burger and gave free desert so like I said, good service-food let's it down!

Great place. We have visited many hard rocks and nothing seemed out of place. Enjoyed the food and the environment.

My first time, I was there on Saturday 6/25/2017. Ate salmon, veggies, mash potatoes, and had a Arnold Palmer to drink. Great customer service, the food was delicious.
The food was not good on any of the four meals we ordered. The worst part was the pulled pork sandwich. Not only did it taste a couple days old, it also had a bone the size of a quarter hidden in it. What a nice surprise. The only thing that was good was the $20 drink. Better have been for that price.

Our product is hand pulled, but unfortunately a negligible percentage of natural imperfections sometimes make it to a table. Please come back soon and give our scratch kitchen one more try.
