RecommendedThe Thanksgiving dinner was good. The service was lacking, ordered an appetizer but it was never served, the place was not busy so not excuse, I would give it a 3 out of five due to lack of correct service

Worst Hardrock Cafe I have ever been to. The service was a -150 %. Our server Biannca was the slowest and the most clumpy person I had ever seen or met in such a popular restaurant. Would never reccomend this location.
