We visited Hard Rock Cafe last night while on vacation. Our son has severe food allergies and the staff was wonderful. Our server was friendly and patient. He got the manager who pulled up a chair and asked our son all about his allergies. They grilled him a plain salmon fillet and offered to bake his French fries to avoid fryer cross contamination! Had a 30 minute wait on an empty restaurant. My son's chicken fingers were slimy & saggy, nachos were burned & to top all off I found a staple on my drink. Horrible, horrible!
