We have been waiting here for an hour and we haven't seen sight of our food. It's not full and there seems to be little organization. Some servers are working really hard but ours has disappeared conveniently and keeps robbing us off with drinks. Eh no, bring us our food!!!!!
Awesome to be hanging out and then get a live show -
Had dinner here last night. Staff was great! Food was delicious. Moscato was yum, yum good! Great atmosphere.
Not prepared at all when they had a live band playing, over an hour wait but plenty of tables open.
Last night waited nearly an hour for our meal....then had to track down manager for bill! I still would have been ok but I wanted a Tshirt to match my Cleveland shirt! The main store was closed for a private party and they would not let us in to buy one...really at peak dinner time. Private party. Every guest should be a VIP. No class act. Cleveland Rocks!
It was very good food
Been to three shows here in the past couple months, so I can say with confidence: if you want to hear good, talented bands sound like garbage, then you'll dig the shows at Hard Rock. Pro-tip, guys: Hire a sound guy who knows what he's doing. It'll be worth the money, I promise. Preferably someone who doesn't have his face buried in his cell phone the entire show and one who, oh I don't know, doesn't have headphones on the entire time (seriously, dude?)
worst experience ever, I'm a celiac patient & when I asked if they had any gluten free menu was told by the waiter they didn't have any but he would have the manager come over & go over things I can enjoy, after 10 minutes of waiting waiter came back to take the order & when we asked if the manager was still coming over his reply was "I don't know if he is, he is over there talking " really??! Bad service. The food was sub par. I won't visit again. Nothing like the Hard Rock Cafe in Orlando. The Orlando HRC is a 5 star. Travel 1.5hr to be disappointed. :-(
