Not to bad service was good my waiter was awesome
I visit HR in every new city I go to. Get my shirt (Alex was awesome-friendly and helpful) and eat the same thing. I never need a menu. This was the worse pulled pork I've ever had. Dry and tasteless. FF and beans were good. Slaw was dry, cabbage with little dressing. Had to ask for utensils. Hitting NYC HD on Friday. Hope it's better.

The Waitress barely came to our table, the was no one in the restaurant!!! the silverware was very dirty and waited forever for our food! My chicken was barely cooked! I will NEVER return to the Hard Rock in Philly ever again!!! � Plus the hostess was clueless!!!

Ate at the bar as the restaurant was full of kids on a day out. Had the local burger which was fantastic. Bar service was really good with the barmaid being really friendly and on hand whenever I wanted to order anything. All in all a good first meal in Philadelphia - would have been 5 star but for the kids (which isn't the restaurants fault!!) 😆

The Burger was juicy..The Fries Stayed Hot..and The Service was Excellent
We ate an awesome bruschetta...they need more beer on tap...
