Great service and great food.. nice experience . Waiter was very friendly and kept us happy😊
Service was the worst. Took 45 minutes to get one milkshake and almost 2 hours for the entire meal to be served. Will never return.
We were sitting at the bar for a couple of drinks. There were standing with 2 people behind the bar. One was we think a German guy because there was a German text tattooed on his arm and there was a lady. This lady was the one we're not pleased about. It felt like she wanted to let us leave and everytime the guy asked something or did something wrong in her eyes she would correct him in a not so friendly way. But three cheers for the guy who kept entertaining us! You're doing great! These stars are for you 🤙🏾
Waited a long time for the food, but it was good and worth the price. Also waitress was friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back.
Food was worst ive had a hard rock Waitress claimed all hard rocls had same selection of drink, not true have had crown apple at 2 others, not at philly location.
I have always enjoyed a Hard Rock Cafe no matter where I am. Been to the HR in Manila, Las Vegas, New York, AC, etc. Philly HR has the same theme, good food, fair selection of drinks. This place has it all. Service was good and I tend to stay away when I know they are busy. Great place.
From being from out of state first time there it was awesome. Very friendly people and excellent food. It was worth a 6 hour drive thanks
The bartender Shannon was the best I have ever met.. she kicked butt
