Recently went with my daughter. The host wasn't recognizable as a host (he had on a security shirt) so groups of people were just standing around while he stated "what are you all just going to look at me?". After seated and receiving our drinks, my daughter had to use the restroom. After coming back we noticed our silverware and other things (not personal belongings as we took them with us) were gone like they began cleaning our table off. Great food great service. We went there around 2pm on a Sunday. Seated right away. Our waiter was really great. I wish I could remember his name. Food was great. We got the appetizer combo platter to share. Would recommend to anyone.

The service was ok, we ordered drinks and they sat on the bar for a good while until the waitress brought them over . The food was good , but the waitress could have been better.

Worst service ever! My server was nasty. He drop my napkin on the floor and put it back on the table for me to use.
Took a break from training at the Esthetic convention with my fiancé. Our bartender at the bar was very nice and served us promptly. Food was good not great. Later had a watermelon margarita which was very good. Will come back again. The old school videos were very entertaining as the waiter joined in with our opinions of them. A fun place to go.
I have definitely had better steaks but the Mc n cheese were just so yum,great portions for sure and not the best mojitos either so can skip it and maybe do Hardrock more than once while on holiday !! Service was excellent and our server was really sweet and helpful .
