The first experience was deliciously overwhelming! The atmosphere was welcoming and old Texas festive. The entrance was appealing. Once inside the smell of the smokers was what caught my attention. Once I got to the meat cutters - here was the overwhelming part! So many choices - so little time. I had brisket and smoked hot links, fried okra and potato salad. Everything was absolutely perfect.
