A must go to when in the Dallas area! 3 trips to the area and have eaten at Hard 8 every time! There is nothing close to the experience and the food! A shame I can only give it 5 stars!
Not disappointed with anything. Except that my stomach ran out of room. I was visiting from Canada and when I go to the Dallas area again, I'll go back to the Hard Eight fo'shizzle. ✌️ My favs were the Amazing brisket and the Mac'n'cheese. Great food and environment with everything in plain view - smokers, spare piles of mesquite, etc. One cool thing is the smell as you walk through the parking lot and also stand in line for your food. You are right next to the six giant smokers.
This place is AWESOME!!! I was in Texas for training and one of my instructors recommended it. Wow!! Is was unbelievable!! Food was fantastic and the service was top notch!!! If you leave here hungry it's your own fault. And very reasonably priced. Where else can you go for a meal where your belly is busting, the food is delicious and all you pay is $25?
Best briscut, ribs, and sirloin I've ever had. Well worth the line to get in!
The brisket and sirlion were awesome! I went back the next night as well and had the ribs, brisket (again) and the shrimp bacon wrapped poppers. You can go wrong here. Wonder if you want to put a store in MN to show them what BBQ really is!
My first real pit bbq and I wasn't disappointed. My eyes were bigger than my stomach. Probably the best meal I have had in 47 yrs.
Chicken was delicious! Well done, but still moist. Seasoned perfectly. Next time I'm doing the beef brisket. It looked amazing.
Amazing food. We were looking for some real southern BBQ and we definitely found it. Bring your appetite it's hard to choose what to eat. It all looks so amazing.
