I cannot recommend renting through Harcourts Orbit enough! I have rented with them for the past 2 years and it was such an amazing experience. Freya was my property manager, and you cannot fault her in the slightest. She goes above and beyond. So helpful and efficient with any issues/situations that may arise. Cannot thank her enough for making the last 2 years of renting an absolute breeze
Two advices from ex-customer: 1. think three times even more before you sign a contract(the contract will be a full year) with them because after you signed the contract with them, they are always right, it doesn’t matter what they have done. 2. prepared a lot of money; because once there are any serious problem happened(such as leaking) to your property, you likely have to pay twice to fix the problem.
