It was handled without delay, and they were in contact with me the whole time.
Very thorough yet thoughtful. Jen and Alex at Harcourts are a great team and very good at their respective roles. My experience with them has been great, 6 months into my lease.
The property manager is very professional and friendly. The team is always helpful and respond promptly to any questions or concerns.
The team was reliable, responsive, and always followed through on what they said they would do. Communication was clear, I was kept updated throughout the process, and I felt I could trust them to handle everything professionally and on time.
