This is a wonderful, caring, family business. From the moment we entered and were greeted with a cup of tea, I felt that we were in safe hands. Sean was happy to carry out wax removal there and then, and gave us lots of advice about Mum's hearing loss. It was an enjoyable visit and I would highly recommend them to anyone struggling with hearing loss.
I can't thank Sean enough for sorting my very sore inflamed ears , a very pleasant informative man .
I visited today following my enquiry about getting ear treatment. The service was friendly and efficient throughout. The treatment was explained clearly and the whole experience was straightforward. I would highly recommend.
If you are ever in doubt about your hearing, HARC has you covered. I booked an appointment last week since I felt like my ears were blocked and within the 1st session Luke managed to remove all of the blockage from both ears using a suction machine. I popped into Harc, concerned that my hearing deficit was due to ear wax. I was greeted by Luke, who kindly offered to check my ears there and then. Surprisingly, my ears were clear of wax, and so Luke booked me in for a free hearing test the following week. I visited for my hearing test today, and again I received a polite and friendly greeting from Luke.
