Friendly staff in a welcoming clinical setting, providing prompt, excellent healthcare.
I am writing on behalf of my wife Ann who has just had full knee replacement surgery. From start to finish it was first class. Professor Adrian Harvey was the Surgeon who was the ultimate professional in every way and made sure Ann was at ease before and after the operation. The Anaesthetist was calm quiet and very reassuring. The staff ,food and accommodation were as we have said excellent. Perfect in every way.
Once again thank you to ALL the Staff at The Harbour Hospital Poole where i have have just returned home from an Exemplary Patient Experience that I feel needed to be shared. Charles Willis-Owen my knee Consultant to Mario the Anesthetist to ALL the nursing staff ( their names would take me all day to mention) Redmond in Hospitality, Jenny in Physio who all looked after me in Room 17.
