Always 1st class service
Great position overlooking the harbour with views all around . Property is warm clean . Access is up two flights of stairs and over a shop and rowing club. The area is busy as it is set in the harbour car park with the ferry to Rock directly outside. Four days into our holiday the electrical panel at the bottom of the stairs alarmed , the first day it was intermittent during the day however during the night it was constant. I'm weary by the level of standards that we have to suffer from the majority of companies, but I was delighted by Harbour holidays. The cottage was spotless with lots of small details such as a welcome pack and the comprehensive pre-stay instructions. I highly recommend HH who clearly put a lot of thought and effort into going the extra mile.
We have just stayed a week at Crab Cottage ( 20th -27th December) truly a five star cottage. We would like to thank the team at Harbour Holidays for making the cottage so cosy, warm, inviting ,homely and clean, also a special thank you for all the extras it was very much appreciated.
