The branch has fantastic facilities, alongside friendly and helpful staff. Priti helped answer any questions I had, and is always willing to go above and beyond. The technology is top of the art and the spa is fantastic!
Awful experience with the receptionist. He spoke to me impolitely- terrible service and totally unprofessional. Made me feel unwelcome and there has been no outcome since my complaint on the app. I’ve been told by other members that no one ever hears back from the app. The manager Sean dealt with it well but he hasn’t stayed true to his words as he suggested to submit the complaint and there has been no progress from him. I just joined the club and had an amazing intake by Priti! She has such passion and it was a joy to be toured by her. The club facilities and spa are great!
