Just took a membership. Priti was very helpful and attentive in follow up during the process. Spa is world class, great range of equipment in gym. Worth the money.
The facility is excellent, with high-quality equipment and a great atmosphere. The staff are friendly, and the service is outstanding. A big thank you to Reeve for his professionalism and friendly attitude. He truly delivers outstanding customer service and is a valuable part of the team!
As a parent that is trying to balance having some personal time with quality family time, we have come to really love visiting David Lloyd in Notting Hill. Reeve is super personable and has been great not just from initially signing us up but even now, helping out whenever we have a query. Our front of house staff and hospitality staff are also incredibly nice and helpful.
