We have boarded our oldest dog for 8 or 9 years and our other dog for the last 5 years we were told our dogs were great, well behaved, played well with the other dogs and never had issues. I tried to make a reservation last spring for boarding. After several days of no response to my boarding request, I reached out and was informed that our dogs were aggressive, uncooperative, and with each visit their behavior had gotten worse and were not welcome back. Came in for my first (free!) puppy play day and was blow away at not only how easy everything was, but also how friendly and personable the staff was. I was greeted at the door, name already known, and provided excellent service. The mid-day report card was also very thorough and appreciated!
