Will definitely not be returning to this place! Went to get my nails soaked off and I have been left with my natural nails completely butchered. £10 for my nails to be bleeding and biab not even completely soaked off, I’m still picking bits of it off now and I had this service 6/12/24, it’s now the 9/12/24. Could tell that they rushed the service and wanted me gone even though shop was empty when I got there. Clearly just wanted to take my money. Should be absolutely ashamed really. Avoid this place

Really recommend this nail salon. Very friendly, went out of their way to do the design I requested. Always have issues with people going close enough to the cuticle and they did it spot on. I'm not sure why people have put that they are rude and should maybe recognise they are Vietnamese not Chinese which says something more about them than the people working in the shop. In fact I heard customers being quite rude to the staff.

Customer service is absolutely disgusting! The staff clearly talk about you in their own language and it’s so rude. They tell you the waiting time is 10mins..30/40mins later I was still sitting there no apology or explanation on how long they would be. They do not care about the customers at all. They just want your money and to get you out as quickly as possible. Hopefully a new bar will open so this place disappears.
