Brought a used car and after three hours it o overheated and the gaskets were blown, they sold me a car with a bad engine! Now I'm stuck with a car with $2000 worth of damages and they refused to help pay for any damages or even just simply tow it to my home. Never buy a vehicle from Hank Graff!

We were in for an oil change, weren't asked the level of oil we wanted, a large banner hanging across their building stating they have different levels. They did not check the filters, a service stated on their banner. I don't think anyone in the office was over the age of 20. When a manager was requested we were informed there wasn't one on site.
We purchased 2 cars and have leased 2 cars from here, Herm R. Is the best! If your shopping for a new or used car he's the guy you wanna see! We will not go anywhere else! Hank Graff in Davison is hands down the best place you wanna go for a new or used car.
First time going there. My salesman was tim burnett very nice guy told him what I was looking for and how much I could spend. I am now the proud owner of a new 2015 chevy Silverado 4x4 fully loaded to the gills more truck then I will ever need no one could beat the price thanks tim burnett
Would love to thank the inbred orangutan in the service department who overtightened the oil filter on my Silverado to the point that a filter strap wrench crushed it when I tried to remove it. I was forced to hammer a large screwdriver through it to get enough leverage to turn it off, since clearly only someone with retard strength could possibly attempt to weld a oil filter on by tightening it so much. Not returning to have my vehicle molested by said inbred orangutan's dickbeaters for hands. Sincerely, Never Again.

Bought a used car in December from a young salesman trying to build some clientele. He was great to work with and we walked away happy. He told us for every new customer we sent him that bought or leased a vehicle he would send us a check for $100. My parents went in June to lease a new car, no check. Had some front end damage from hitting an animal a few weeks ago and Hank Graff did and their body shop team did an amazing job! Seriously kudos to you guys for the hard work and making my 09 Focus Almost brand new. Not only did you guys do such a wonderful job on the front bumper but you guys washed and cleaned out my car.
