Well it had been a month since my purchase and I'm very pleased with my 2013 Impala. Salesman Charles Brown was awesome. He listen to my needs, he didn't push anything on me that I didn't want and he took extra time to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. A few days after my purchase I had trouble with the vehicle, he was persistent in following up with me to make sure the matter was resolved. My husband and I bought a vehicle from their used lot in December, we wanted a safer vehicle because we have a baby on the way. After 400 miles the transmission completely went out. Since we gave hank graff every dime we had, now we cannot afford to get it fixed.
