Graff in Davison is a big joke. When my truck was damaged, the appraiser sent us there for repairs. They overcharged us plus they did service that was NOT approved. We have USAA, military insurance, and Graff is being considered as 'black listed' at this point. I spoke to Chris Graff and he is VERY rude. If anyone plans on using Graff, please go to Durand. We just purchased a 2016 Equinox.. And our salesman was Kevin Wilson. He was great ,and I liked he didn't just try and talk us into the most expensive one, and showed us 3 different ones.Kevin made the new car buying experience painless as possible ,answered all our questions patiently ,and overall it was a great experience! Took my truck in for oil change and tire rotation. Truck had 21 added miles on it when service was finished. No one would accept responsibility for the miles.

I made a mistake n came to Davison instead of durand over the phone i was told 45 bucks for my front end alinement i arrive i was chargered 69.90 witch does not make me happy but we were treated with respect and wveryone was very nice they had a lil spot for my son to watch disney movies with was cool and a table to play on i just wish they would not tell me one thing and do another
My husband and I purchased our first brand spanking new Equinox in May 2015 from Ryan Page! The guy in the bow tie!!!! The experience was perfect, so perfect that we purchased a 2007 Silverado in December as well!!!! Ryan and the staff were amazing! My daughter and I recently met Ryan Page. We were both shopping for new vehicles and Ryan was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. He's a really good guy and I would recommend him to my closest friends and family. I was very impressed with his professionalism and willingness to help us out.
