Did everything over the phone great salesman love my new truck
I recently had the seatbelt recall service done at Hank Graff Davison. Scott cheerfully greeted me and quickly got my Silverado back to the tech. I had been advised that the repair would probably take about an hour to complete. You can imagine how surprised, and happy, I was when Scott informed me less than 1/2 hour later that my truck was finished and ready to go.
Car back bumper was fixed, but when I got the car back the temperature on radio face does not work any more (this is a new car!) and the temperature worked just fine when car was brought in, very disappointed!
Worked with body shop to fix Traverse. Took a little longer to fix that I thought it should have but I'm sure it takes longer when dealing with insurance. When we got vehicle back it was fully detailed and felt like a brand new car - very impressed!
