Piss poor service garage , they changed a main oil seal on a 13 captiva for me and sent it back wires dragging , coils lock pins were not plugged in , hood cowel is trashed , 12 engine codes now and won't fix their mistake they want to charge us 350 $ for damaged wiring they destroyed , I have been been removing and installing engines for 25 years and never would let this hack work leave my shop .......�����
Apparently they do this whole gimmick where they say "I wouldn't sell a young girl a bad used car that would break down, something bad could happen to a young girl if her car broke down somewhere I don't want that on my conscience". This gets you to trust them then they sell u a shit car. Then the shit used car breaks down somewhere a month after u bought it.
Got me in right away. Did oil change & tire rotation & ordered part to fix emissions issue that. Caused check engine light to come on & had me out before lunch hour was up. Do appreciate that.
Kevin Wilson was very professional and helped me purchase the car I was looking for. He was very thorough in explaining all the features and told me do not hesitate to contact him if I had any questions. He helped me even after I had my last vehicle for almost 2 years. Thank you Kevin.
I would highly recommend Bill Wills....my experience was great while working with him. I felt he was very honest and I never felt intimidated. He got me in to the exact car I was looking for at the best price possible. Overall great customer service!

Poor place to do business with. Rude reps and salesman. They leave u waiting for a long time and walk away and talk to there friends. Makes you think they are talking about you. Also the 3,000 min trade is a joke. 3,000 down payment should get you approved. However I think it's just a way to get u to fill out the application. They don't approve you unless you have perfect credit. Not the place to go
