I was quoted 4 prices in total! I was the one who had black equinox towed in yesterday to get laser key cut and reprogrammed. Then...you had to put a "wait" sheet on my dash while I had to go get another $98 n some change! That's my review and I won't be back. I have respected Hank Graff and his son forever but I don't like how the service dept. did not stay with quoted price, 2 mis quotes would have been ok but 4?? As with all dealerships they treat you like a moron, like I know exactly what's wrong with my truck but they say it's something else and when you drive away it's still doing it.
I took my vehicle in yesterday because my tire kept loosing air. While they said it would be an hour wait it was only 30 from the time I dropped off and sat in the waiting room until they called my name. Which was great. They put a plug in my tire and it cost me $23. My husband thought they would take it off and plug it from the inside, nope they did a $3 plug that my husband could have done. Yes I used to work at your dealership and no I'm not leaving the review to be rude like I was treated from the snarky service lady. You really should look into hiring some friendlier people there. No she did not say what her name was but I'm sure there's a reason behind why she didn't give her name. You guys were losing business when I worked there. I seen many many un happy customers and looks like the same thing is still going on. Bunch of rude people that do not like there job.
Great job in the oil change dept!! They treat you very well and always go the extra mile!
