I only went to Hank Graff Davison because I had a few coupons for free oil changes based on the horrible customer service that I had previously had for some warranty work and issues that I had with previous oil changes. I would NEVER take my vehicle back to them now! I have used up all my free coupons and have actually paid to take my vehicle to another dealership for regular service work and I will honestly tell you that the difference in customer service is night and day! I like the way that I am treated when I go to Hank Graff to get my oil changed. I just recently had my recalls done on my car and they were done in a timely manner and they were very professional. I will use them in the future.
The only Dealership for me. Theo Deming is by far the Best.
Hated it. Hated it. My family does not have a working car but we do have a working car payment. Not easy paying car payments while getting rides from friends and family.
Been going here for my past 2 leases working with Dustin Hager, who is now the business manager. Now on my 3rd lease and I was pleased to work with Ryan Page the bow tie guy! He was great working with me to get a better lower payment and he had crayon amd a activity page for my daughter to help keep her occupied while signing paperwork. I was also able to work with Dustin again too. Great guys to work with! Thanks for my new 2017 Silverado Red Hot!
Just bought our 3rd vehicle from Hank Graff. We keep coming back because of the product, our wonderful sales person, Debbie S and the accommodating service department. We love our new Malibu.
Was stuck with a Jeep that continued to nickel and dime me for repairs. I didn't know if I had much let alone any options. Todd Bailey made sure he got me the best trade in amount for my SUV & the best deal possible. One of my best friends recommended him and so glad she did. Went in for an oil change & tire rotation with not a lot of time to make my doctors appointment. They got it all done for me fast & I made my doctors appointment... thanks to the young lady & crew that made it happen.
Awesome staff!! I knew the price I wanted to pay was able to trade in my 97 jimmy for 05 caddy drives like a queen and am in love with my new car. Thanks Bryan for all help.
