I went in to get some recall work done and they were rude from the start. I showed up at my appointment time and All i asked was roughly how long it would be before they got my car in. His response was we will get to it when we get to it. Yeah i wont be going the the main lot agin.. on another hand the people at the budget lot are amazing. They go above and beyond to make you feel great about your car. They fixed issues for my brother even when the car was past warrenty...
Only problem is they quoted me two different prices...it was just a fog light ...pretty simple ..come on people get right
Hank Graff diagnosed the problem with my Avalanche The problem was fixed under warranty and when it took a little longer than expected Hank Graff provided me with a rental car at no charge, which helped me out immensely. I didn't have to worry or figure out how I was going to get to work. Jason was great. He kept me informed off progress and was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the excellent service.
